At Elyvi, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, jewelry, and intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our team at returns@elyvi.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be notified by email once your return has been approved and your refund issued.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@elyvi.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Elyvi reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
